Nothing. It stays live the whole time. We copy your content, build the new site on a private preview address, and only switch your domain over after you've compared the two and approved it.

We keep every page and post at exactly the same address, carry over your SEO titles and descriptions, and generate a sitemap. If an address has to change, we add a permanent redirect so search engines and old links follow it.

Yes. You get a login to a simple dashboard where you can edit pages, write blog posts and upload images. There are no plugins, themes or updates to manage.

Memberships, courses, custom plugins and stores with more than 100 products (or shop plugins other than WooCommerce) need more than moving content, so we quote those separately. If your site uses one, choose Custom and we'll tell you what's involved before you pay anything.

Yes. A Store conversion moves up to 100 products with their variations, prices, images and stock, keeps your product addresses, and gives you a checkout and order list in your dashboard.

You do, through your own Stripe account. Your customers pay you directly and the money goes straight to your bank. We never touch it and we don't take a percentage of your sales.

We confirm a delivery date within one business day of your order, once we've looked at your site.

Proof that the site is yours, either admin access to WordPress or a record added to your domain, and a WordPress export file if your site is offline. We'll email you exactly what to do after you order (if it doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder).

Yes. When you order, choose Keep my design, Refresh my design or Full redesign. A refresh keeps your logo, colours and content but brings the type, spacing and mobile layout up to date, at no extra cost. A full redesign gives you a new layout and look built around your brand and your notes, for $299 ($499 for stores).

Tell us what to change from your preview page and we'll fix it. Keep and Refresh include two rounds of changes within 14 days of delivery, and a full redesign includes three. Changes after that are quoted, or covered by a care plan.

Anything that takes up to about 30 minutes: updating text or prices, swapping images, adding a page from your content, adjusting a section. Bigger requests are quoted separately and don't use up your included changes.

No. Your allowance resets at the start of each plan year.

No. You can host the site yourself and we'll hand over the code. Hosting with us means updates, SSL and your editing dashboard are all taken care of. Care Plus and Care Pro include Site hosting; larger sites and stores add their hosting size on top.

Most business sites fit the Site plan (2 GB of storage, 25 GB of traffic a month, enough for roughly 10,000 to 20,000 visits). Large blogs and busy sites suit Large site, and online stores need the Store plan. We'll suggest one after we look at your site, and you can change any time.

Nothing breaks and your site stays online. We email you when you reach 80% of your storage or monthly traffic. If you're over for two months in a row, we'll ask you to move up a size.

Yes, any time from your billing page. Hosting and care plans run until the end of the period you've paid for.
